Acceptable use
This draft sets out expectations for using the creative tools. Enforcement, reporting and appeal procedures still need confirmation by the operator.
Updated:
Respect creative and personal rights
Make sure you have the rights or permission needed to upload images, use someone’s likeness or publish work. Do not present AI output as a reliable statement from a real person or use it to deceive others.
Protect privacy and safety
Do not upload private materials you are not authorized to process, account credentials or another person’s sensitive information. Do not use generated content for harassment, fraud, privacy violations or other harmful acts.
Avoid system abuse
Do not bypass access controls, abuse trial credits, probe another account’s private content or disrupt services with repeated requests. The site and model providers may limit requests.
Content and account actions
The admin area can remove public works and manage account status. These tools alone do not constitute a complete moderation program. Formal decision criteria, notices, appeals and evidence-retention rules still need publication.
Reports and appeals
Once the official support channel is confirmed, reports can include the relevant work URL, time, issue description and necessary evidence of rights. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Response times and further verification procedures are still pending.
