Service regions
Luma Atelier is intended for users outside mainland China, including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Mainland China is outside our intended service area. Availability elsewhere depends on the services and payment methods offered in your location.
Minimum age
The site is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Its entry prompt asks for your own age declaration; it does not verify your identity or actual age. If you are under 18, do not enter. No date of birth or identity document is collected by this prompt.
Accounts and access
Use an email account you control and protect your password and verification information. Creative features use credits. Administrator permissions are assigned separately. Features may depend on enabled services, request limits, concurrency and credit balance.
Limits of AI output
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or different from what you expected. Brand illustrations and style examples do not guarantee matching results. Check facts, depictions of people and relevant rights before sharing or using output.
Inputs and creative rights
Make sure you have permission to submit prompts, reference images and character materials. The final terms must specify input licenses, output conditions, commercial use and public-display permissions. This draft does not promise unconditional commercial rights or exclusive ownership of all generated work.
Charges and credits
Task costs and purchased benefits are shown when a request or order is accepted. Credits cost 1 USD per 100 credits. Returned credits and cash refunds through a payment provider are separate processes. Cash refund conditions still need publication.
Disruptions and changes
External models may be delayed, interrupted or return results that need review. Use the original task or order ID to check progress and avoid unnecessary repeat submissions. The final terms must address service-change notices, account restriction or termination, appeals and responsibility.
Before formal publication
The operator, any additional location-specific requirements, applicable law, dispute resolution, acceptance mechanism and effective date still need confirmation. Registration currently does not treat this draft as an accepted agreement.
