Scope and responsible operator
This notice covers accounts, creative tools, chat and orders. The operator, contact address, processing grounds and effective date still need confirmation. Published contact details appear below.
Accounts and activity records
Email accounts use a display name, email address and password verification information; the server stores a password hash. The site also processes sessions, permissions, credit entries, orders, task states and necessary security and operational records to provide access, features, billing and troubleshooting. Google sign-in, when enabled, processes identity information returned by that flow.
Creative and conversation content
The site stores submitted prompts, creative settings, uploaded character images, personas, chat messages, generated results and related history. Available memory is derived from conversations. Clearing character memory and deleting a conversation are separate actions.
Third-party services and transfers
Generation and chat send necessary prompts, character details, reference images and conversation context to the configured model service. Payments, email, third-party sign-in and object storage also involve their respective providers. The operator must identify the actual providers, processing locations, retention and training rules. This draft makes no blanket promise that content is never used for training or never transferred internationally.
Public and private content
You choose whether an image is public or private. Public images appear in public galleries. Videos, conversations and chat images require the owning account’s permissions. Making an image private or moving it to Trash stops further public access on this site, but cannot retrieve copies already downloaded by others.
Export, organization and deletion
Account settings provide a data export with conversation, creative and media metadata. Protected media links are not an offline file backup. Regular images, videos and conversations can be moved to Trash and restored; Trash is not currently cleared automatically. Permanent deletion, account closure, backup removal and request-handling deadlines do not yet have a published process.
Retention and requests
The operator must still specify retention periods or criteria for accounts, content, logs, orders and backups. This draft does not invent a number of days. Formal channels for access, correction, deletion and other applicable requests will be completed once operator and support details are confirmed. Do not send identity documents or account credentials through unofficial channels.
