Open the original order in My orders to check its status or continue payment. Returning from checkout does not mean the payment notification has arrived. Do not create another order just to refresh the status.

Open the original task in its history. A confirmed failure and a result awaiting review are different states. For an unresolved result, keep the original task ID and avoid another submission that may incur another charge.

Check your gallery, video history or conversation list and load earlier records. You can restore content from Trash. Restored images are private by default.
TrashPassword recovery and data export
Password recovery is available from sign-in when email delivery is configured. Signed-in users can change their password, check email verification and export data in account settings. The JSON export contains media information and protected links, not an offline media archive.

Who can enter Luma Atelier?
You must be at least 18 years old. On your first visit in a tab session, the site asks you to declare your age before showing pages. This declaration is not identity or age verification.
What can I create with Luma Atelier?
Luma Atelier brings original character chat, images and video generation into one studio. Save your work, revisit its history, develop characters and request images during a conversation. Available features depend on the services enabled in the studio.
Who can see my creations and conversations?
Images can be private or public. Check visibility before publishing. Videos, conversations and chat images require access through the owning account. Making a public image private or moving it to Trash stops further public access on this site.
How are credits priced?
1 USD buys 100 credits. Messages, images, video, voice and character AI tools use credits. Video is charged per second. Each accepted order and task keeps its original price.
Are credits returned when a task fails?
When the system confirms a failure, the corresponding credits are returned against the original task. An unresolved provider result is marked for review, not treated as a confirmed failure. Keep the task ID and avoid submitting the same request again.
Can I restore content from Trash?
You can move regular images, videos and conversations to Trash and restore them. Restored images are private by default. Trash is not permanent deletion; account closure and permanent deletion require separate published rules.
Do the illustrations show guaranteed results?
The illustrations show brand imagery and creative directions. They do not guarantee a particular generation result. Output varies with the prompt, model and service configuration. Check character consistency, accuracy and usage rights yourself.
Where is Luma Atelier intended to be available?
Luma Atelier is intended for users outside mainland China, including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Mainland China is outside our intended service area. Availability elsewhere depends on the services and payment methods offered in your location.
