Open pricing to see credit packs and usage rates. The order records the price and credit quantity at purchase. Video costs the selected duration in seconds multiplied by the per-second rate.
Review the cost before sending
The action you choose can affect the credit cost. Text messages, images, video and narration have separate rules. In video chat, the displayed quote includes the required first frame and selected duration. Use the displayed quote before sending.
Wait for payment confirmation
Review the order before going to checkout. Returning from checkout does not by itself confirm payment. Open My orders to check the original purchase instead of creating a second order just to refresh the balance.
Understand failures and uncertain results
A confirmed failed task returns its credits against the original record. A result still awaiting review is not the same as a confirmed failure. Keep the task ID and avoid resubmitting the request until its status is clear.
Find the original record
Use My orders for purchases and your credit activity for usage. Include an order or task reference when contacting the published support channel. Never send passwords, account tokens or payment card details.
